New Opportunity

As I am sure, many of you have heard that I have made a change in brokerages. It was not an easy decision because of all the long time friendships and support I had at my old brokerage.

However, it was a change that supported the type of service that I wanted to offer to my clients and also allow me room to grow.

The personalized service you have come to expect from me has and will always be my top and biggest commitment to you. For that reason, I have joined with eXp Realty. eXp Realty has given me so many additional tools and resources to help my clients, I think you will all be as impressed as I am.

The first new feature is I have my own search engine on my website that will take you to ANY ACTIVE listings in the NWMLS. How many times have you went to one of the other search engines to have me tell you that the listing is now pending? So disappointing, but not anymore! This will allow you to see what I see. You get ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE information. All you have to do is go to www.nikishouses.com (bookmark the site), click on the big YELLOW button at the top and you are in! How cool is that?!?!? By registering, it lets me know which houses you are looking at and can help me help you find the home that you are wanting! If you are selling, I can even email you houses in your neighborhood that are on the market and you can see what price they are listed. So helpful!

Did you know that lack of COMMUNICATION in the Real Estate Industry is one of the top complaints? With eXp Realty, I can even take the whole personal interaction one step further. Maybe you work in Seattle and have questions about the Buyers Response to your Home Inspection. You can meet for lunch without taking time off work, but I am in Bremerton. Guess what?? Now we can meet! eXp Realty has a virtual world where we can meet in one of several meeting rooms or even down by a beach and watch the sail boats go by, if you prefer. What I like the most is we are not just communicating by text, which can be taken out of context and cause miscommunication. We actually have a real conversation so we can make sure every thing is clear. Well, that problem has just been solved!

Being in a transient area, we have many people moving in and out of the area. My first thought is our military families. They often have very little time to find a home. They are moving across country and need the move to go as seamless as possible. One of my new web-site features, that I have been asked about is the Member-Only tab. This is a page for my out of town clients who may not be able to physically see the properties. I am wiling to go to properties that they feel may meet their needs to provide a video tour for them. They are given a special log in password and can then access these videos. I am happy to do what I can to help make the moving process just a little simpler.

Another important thing about eXp Realty is that it is an Agent Owned Brokerage! Ownership to me equals a whole lot of pride. This company wants all their Brokers to be their best. They offer their Brokers 25 hours of training and furthering their education a week. There are also a ton of support groups. eXp Realty currently has over 2700 Brokers in 43 states and in other countries. They are growing tremendously! Again, how does that help you? (That is the only question, right?) Real Estate is an ever changing field that involves constant learning. No one person can ever know everything, but lots of minds and support can solve almost anything. I am super proud to say I have that support.
