Whether you are selling or buying a home, the process can be difficult and time-consuming.  My goal is to make this whole process as easy and uncumbersome as possible.  I have created a system that will prepare you to list your home and have it marketed in the most effective and efficient method possible.  If you are buying, I will I take you step by step through the system, making sure you are educated and prepared every step of the way.  

1. Selling Your Home

1.  Pricing:  Selling your home in a timely manner and at the most profit to you means pricing your home correctly from the start.  As part of my service to you, I offer a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) of your home.  This report helps you understand your home in its market and the selling prices of similar homes. Together, we discuss this report and price your home.  

 

2.  Staging:  Putting your home on the market, also means preparing your home so that it is most appealing to potential buyers.  Staging your home can have a significant impact on how quickly and for what price your home sells. I will help you create a staging plan for this essential part of the process.

3.  Marketing:  Your home is marketed in several ways.  The first is to market directly to other brokers.  All listings are put into the MLS which goes out to over 23,000 real estate professionals.  This part of the process is crucial as these are the brokers who have qualified potential buyers.  Homes are often placed on Brokers Tours and networked through a variety of other means.

 

Social media will take on an important role in the advertising process. As you are aware, social media has the potential to reach thousands of people.  For this reason, your home is being sent out to real estate sites, such as Zillow, Redfin and Truila to name a few.  It is also put out on other venues, like Facebook, Twitter, Craigslist.  I am also affiliated with smaller local groups that are focused on housing in Kitsap County.

Finally, your home is also marketed through open houses, flyers, direct mailings, and more!

2. Buying a Home

 

Buying a home can be a very intimidating process.  There are so many different aspects to consider besides just falling in love with a home.  Not only do you have the sellers , but you also have to find lenders, home inspectors, appraisers, and sometimes contractors too.  I am here to help you!

I will make sure that you are prepared and educated on the entire process. I walk you through each step, from getting pre-approved, to looking at homes, to finding THE home, making an offer and negotiating terms, to closing and finally delivering the keys to you!

I take the time to get to know you, your needs and what is important  to you and your family.  For my clients out of the area, especially those of you in the military, I am now able to give you virtual tours of properties for those times you can't be in the area.
