Fall Chill
When you walk outside you can feel the cool briskness of the air, signaling the warm days of summer are almost behind us. I spent the weekend with my family, working around the house, completing summer projects in preparation for this upcoming season.
Today as I was sitting down to do my weekly blog and feeling a little blue about my favorite season coming to an end. I began to think about some of the places I especially like going or seeing in the fall.
Many places came to mind. Some are lots of fun, entertaining, but the one that really stood out is a place I drive by almost every day. Now, I am not a "morning person", but each year as I drive my kids to school in the morning, I am astounded by the beauty of this particular location. It doesn't matter if it is sunny (beautiful in the summer too), or cloudy, or foggy or even stormy, it's beauty is limitless.
The Brownsville Marina is truly one of my favorite places. It's a place where I can go and just enjoy the awesomeness of nature. There is a cute little deli on the premises and you can grab something and sit on one of the picnic benches. Be entertained by the the seagulls and watch the boats come into the dock. The Marina has so much more to offer than just the docks. It is definitely worth checking out and exploring.
These are a few photos that I took of this spectacular location.
